  My husband and I have been buying Leather Jackets from Wilsons at the Outlets for the past 15 years. I purchased my husband a Leather jacket in October 2014. After a few months the pocket ripped on the seam and then the leather ripped. I called the Store and was told that as long as I have a receipt and it's within a year they will replace it. So my husband and I wanted the same jacket, not our money back, not a refund, just the same jacket. When we got there in Sept of 2014 (with in a year) we had our receipt and the jacket to show what was wrong. The cashier said sure we should be able to exchange it, let me get my manager. Well the manager then comes up and says there is nothing she can do. I said I called and was told if it was within a year it's covered. She gave me a look that said ya ok, then proceeded to show me my receipt and where it said 30 days for returns. Well I didnt want a return I wanted a replacement. It's obvious it's a defect. Leather doesnt just rip. She didnt want to hear anything and was very rude. When we returned home I contacted Wilsons Leather online and we were given a phone number to call, we were told to leave a detailed message about our issue and we would be called back within 24 to 48 hours. We were called back a few hours later. The woman said the store should have done this for you. But since this store apparently was too lazy to help a customer, the online store asked us to send pics and said they would replace the jacket. We sent pics, they sent us a mailing label to send back the damaged jacket and we got our replacement no problems. So for anyone reading this if this store at the outlets is too lazy to help you, there are others willing to help!
