  Everything was perfect. I wouldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. I had an allergic reaction to my engagement ring, it was past tye 60 day return/ exchange policy and they exchanged it for a new ring with no questions asked. The man was so helpful and such a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much.

  I would give them 0 stars if possible. Never come to this zales location. I bought an eternity band from them which they had to size up. According to the sales rep it will take 1-2 weeks to get it done. I'm calling them in 2 weeks no answer. Called in 3 weeks the store manger Jen notified me that it was a special order item. I asked her to call me back when she get some info on it, she never did. I always had to call the store myself. Now 2 months later Jen is telling me the jewler cannot duplicate this ring. I was promised to have the ring three weeks before the weeding. Now it's a week before the wedding and we don't have the ring. ****NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ****
